Classy Cards N Such - Challenge #91 Purple Ride

The challenge this week for Classy Cards N Such is all about a Purple Ride.  Check out the blog to see the inspiration picture.

The bicycle stamp I used is by Impression Obesession called Riding Pretty.   I sponged in some grass around the bicycle and sponged a nice blue sky.  The Butterfly is by Memory Box and is called the Willoughby Butterfly Wings.  The lock and key were made with a die set I had in my stash.  I added seam binding and lace along with some pearls.

You may use the code Shirley-10 for a discount at the Classy Cards N Such store.

I hope you will join us for the challenge.  We can't wait to see what you make.

Thanks, for stopping by and taking a look at my card.  Be sure and go to the blog so you can see the other creations by the rest of the team.

Classy Cards N Such-Beach Accordion Fold Card

I saw an accordion fold card (step) tutorial on Pinterest the other that looked interesting and not to difficult to make.  The tutorial was very easy to follow.  That is a good thing, because if it gets too involved or things take a bad turn, I usually am done with making something new.  I bet some of you know what I mean.

I absolutely love the Graphic 45 By The Sea paper that I used.  To be honest,  I just really love Graphic 45 paper.  I have several pads of it.

For full details of my card please check it out at the Classy Cards N Such blog.  Thank you for stopping in today.  I hope you all have a great and enjoyable weekend.

MFP Stamp Shop - Pots and Vases 2

Here is a card I made for the MFP Blog Hop with their new stamps called Pots and Vases 2.  The sentiment is from the MFP All Postal Stamp Set.  I used  the Impression Obsession 6 in 1 Rectangles Frames around the pretty vase of flowers.  The flowers were made with the Memory Box Prim Poppy die.  I added a small bow as the finishing touch.  I love the colors of this card on the crisp white card stock.

Have a wonderful day and come back to visit soon.

Classy Cards N Such - Cherish

I made this card for the Classy Cards N Such Blog challenge for this week.  The challenge is to make a wedding card.  I used both Graphic 45 Botanical Tea Paper and Poison Ivory Curious Metallic paper.

I stamped the cherish sentiment  from the  Just Rite Botanical Medallions & Banners stamp set and gold embossed it on the scalloped heart.  I added a frame over it along with brads.  I really like using burlap and lace together so I cut burlap hearts and mounted them over the lace.

The decorative top piece of Ivory Metallic paper was cut using the Spellbinders A2 Filigree Delight dies.  The other things added to my card are pearls, burlap ribbon, lace and Chalk White Seam Binding.

Thanks, for coming by today.  I hope you can join us for the challenge.

Ingredients for my card:

Poison Ivory Curious Metallic card stock
Graphic 45 Botanical Tea Paper
Spellbinders A2 Filigree Delight Die
Spellbinders Scalloped Classic Hearts

Hearfelt Sympathy

Here is a card I made for Classy Cards N Such blog.   I was in need of a sympathy card for the passing of a young girl.   I thought pink with black and heart would be the perfect combination for it.  I love the Lavish Swirl Diagonal die the I used.  It has such an elegant look.  The heart was cut using the Impression Obsession Heart Flourish die.  I cut off part and used only the piece that I needed.  That is a great thing about dies.  The sentiment is from the ODBD Carried to Heaven stamp set.  I added rhinestones for  the finishing touch.
